Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered resident care.
• Support residents with ADLs and daily engagement.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Maintain a safe, supportive care environment.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Document and maintain accurate patient information.
• Communicate effectively with RN and overseeing physician.
