Job summary

River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking an LPN for part-time and PRN shifts. Shifts available include 7–3, 3–11 (PRN), and 11–7 (PT) with daily pay and an all-inclusive hourly rate of $32–$44.

The LPN will provide patient-centered care, follow individualized care plans, administer medications, and document accurately while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents. MA LPN license and BLS CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments as per plan of care and policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
