Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an LPN to provide high-quality direct patient care in a Minnesota long-term care setting. The role offers full-time, part-time, or on-call options with weekend-focused schedules to accommodate staffing needs and personal preferences.

Responsibilities include delivering routine nursing care under supervision, contributing to the Plan of Care, and reporting changes to the RN.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
• Current CPR certification and emergency care training.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with direct routine care under RN supervision.
• Participate in development and modification of the resident Plan of Care.
• Monitor health data, report changes to the RN, and assign tasks to unlicensed staff.
