Job summary

Rochester Regional Health's Edna Tina Wilson Living Center in Rochester, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time evening role (3:00pm–11:00pm). You will lead a CNAs team, ensure accurate documentation, and provide direct patient care to long-term and post-acute residents.

Requirements include NYS LPN license, BLS certification, and graduate from an accredited nursing program. We offer tuition assistance, career advancement opportunities, and a generous shift differential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current LPN licensure in State of New York.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate medication administration and related documentation.
• Direct CNAs to ensure care plans are followed and care is documented.
• Communicate with physicians and coordinate orders as needed.
• Ensure proper resident care documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Monitor resident status and report changes to charge nurse or supervisor.
• Support CNAs in direct ADL care as required.
