Job summary

Miami Jewish Health is seeking an LPN for PACE program to provide nursing care under RN supervision. Responsibilities include med administration, IV therapy initiation, and patient/family education. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to follow MD orders and department policies.

The role requires Florida LPN licensure, BLS, and a year of LPN experience. A valid Florida driver’s license and driving insurance are preferred to support community-based activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• One year of experience as an LPN.
• Current licensure by the Florida State Board of Nursing.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License & Proof of Insurance.
• BLS Certification required.
• IV Certification preferred.

Job Summary
