Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the St. Francis Family Medicine and Residency Center.

The LPN delivers patient care under the physician's direction, participates in the health care team, and assists during visits by observing, recording, and reporting patient responses. You will collaborate with physicians, provide direct nursing care, support clerical tasks, and assist with procedures.

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience providing patient care in a clinical setting preferred.
• Familiarity with computer-based scheduling and registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and health care team to meet patient/family needs.
• Provides direct nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Labels and packages specimens as trained.
• Supports clerical/administrative duties as needed by the RN.
• Acts as chaperone for providers during patient examinations.
• Assists with procedures, treatments, and interventions.
