• Deliver care as delegated by LPN and document care provided.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient and unit environment.
• Provide courteous and prompt response to patient requests.
• Gather and document basic data and report findings to LPN.
• Assist with ordering/receiving supplies, medications, manuals and equipment.
