Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses in the Pittsburgh North Hills area. We offer a competitive pay range of $31–$35/hour plus a $2/hour shift differential for evenings and nights, with same-day pay through PayActiv and a strong leadership team focused on retention and engagement.

As a 200-bed post-acute facility, you will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance under the DON.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered PA nursing license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate with and empathize with a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs.
• Work under supervision of the Director of Nursing to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards.
