Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute is seeking an LPN for our Pittsburgh North Hills facility. You will deliver direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs under the DON, ensuring compliance with all care standards. We offer leadership support, stable hours, and a focus on retention and staff growth.

The role requires a PA license, current CPR certification, and a commitment to ongoing education. Eligible for shift differentials and a range of benefits within a 200-bed post-acute setting.

Qualifications

Highland Hills Post Acute is a 200-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility at 1105 Perry Highway in Pittsburgh's North Hills. We're entering an exciting new chapter. Our new Administrator and Director of Nursing are bringing fresh ideas and a real commitment to the people who make this building run, starting with you.

Your Day-to-Day
You'll provide direct nursing care to our residents, and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.

What You'll Need

• Ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with PCC preferred
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population
