Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute is a 200-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility located at 1105 Perry Highway in Pittsburgh's North Hills. We are hiring LPNs to provide direct nursing care to residents under the DON and to supervise CNAs, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local standards.

We offer up to $35/hr, with an additional $2/hr shift differential for evenings and nights, plus same-day pay and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition repayment, health plans,

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience with PCC is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs.
• Work under supervision of the DON to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards.

Your Day-to-Day
You'll provide direct nursing care to our residents, and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.

What You'll Need

• Ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with PCC preferred
• Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population
