Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is hiring an LPN to join the team at Southern Regional Jail in Beaver, WV. The role supports patient care during the 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift with some weekends, under RNs and medical providers.

You will administer medications, take vital signs, assist with daily living activities, provide wound care, and document care while promoting hygiene and safety. An active LPN license and CPR are required, with 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Assist with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide wound care and change dressings.
• Support documentation and care planning.
• Promote hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients.
• Serve as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
