Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time care at a 79-bed long-term care facility. The role includes evening and night shifts, a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule, and rotating weekends with shift differentials.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license
- Current unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board
- Experience with resident care, medications, and documentation as part of nursing duties
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team and communicate clearly
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care under supervision of RNs or physicians
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Document resident interactions, care, and outcomes
- Collaborate with health care team to ensure safe, patient-centered care
