Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening shifts at the Brainerd, Minnesota facility. The role is full-time with 64 hours per bi-weekly pay period, offering night and weekend differentials and a sign-on bonus.

You will provide nursing care under supervision, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to maintain resident well‑being. Eligible candidates must hold an LPN license in Minnesota (or multi-state licensure) and meet education requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long‑term care under supervision of a RN/physician.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document care outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.
