• Provide general direct nursing care to injured, ill, convalescent or disabled individuals/patients.
• Administer medications and injections; monitor and chart vital signs.
• Supervise and/or direct the work of support staff as needed.
• Observe patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, mobility and safety.
