Job summary

Lakewood Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Lakewood, WA, seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to join our outpatient MAT program. The Dispensing Nurse provides medication dispensing, patient assessment, vitals monitoring, and patient/family education within a regulated outpatient setting.

You will work with the clinical team to ensure safe, effective treatment and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include preparing meds, documenting care, maintaining stock, and performing specimen

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in behavioral health/outpatient treatment.
• Experience drawing blood and collecting specimens.
• Proficient with EMR systems and related clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of Nursing Supervisor, Medical Director, and Clinic Director, provide care.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered and document promptly.
• Maintain accurate medication records and patient documentation.
• Ensure safe inventory of medications and compliance with DEA/FDA regulations.
• Dedicate ~90% of time to medication administration; remainder to other duties.
• Conduct urine and/or blood tests, evaluate results, and support patient outcomes.
