Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care under supervision of an RN or physician. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications within scope, and support treatment plans while following clinical protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current, active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, physician orders, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered within scope of practice.
• Assist RNs or physicians with patient assessments and care planning.
• Collect specimens and perform basic diagnostic tests.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and implement infection control measures.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EMR).
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition to supervising staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic care environment.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
