Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Florida to provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision. This role supports patient care activities, administers medications, and assists with treatment plans while complying with regulatory standards.

The LPN will monitor patient conditions, document in EHR/EMR, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, therapeutic care and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current, active LPN license in the state of practice (Florida).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, physician orders, and regulatory standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care to patients per established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered within scope of practice.
• Assist RNs or physicians with patient assessments and care planning.
• Collect specimens and perform basic diagnostic tests.
• Provide wound care and infection control measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR/EMR.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and self-care.
