• CPR Certification (Healthcare Provider) – not required for Hospice employee.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering data to assess patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with the RN and care team in planning for patient needs on admission.
• Provide direct patient care using nursing skills and judgment; document outcomes.
• Prepare patients for tests and procedures; administer and document medications.
• Delegate care to non-licensed personnel when appropriate and report to RN.
