Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a 13-week on-site assignment in St. Albans, VT. The position offers a 40-hour minimum guarantee per week with shift coverage from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM and 13.33 hours per day over a 3-day week.

The LPN will provide essential patient care under RN supervision, document accurately, and collaborate with the care team to support positive patient outcomes. Must hold a valid VT license and current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• English language proficiency required for safety and communication.
• TB skin test verification per state law and company policy.
• Maintains current BLS/CPR certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under RN direction.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
