Dermatology Specialists seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. The LPN will work directly with the Clinical Manager and Physician, providing dermatological services and excellent patient care.

Training will be provided on site, plus reimbursement for a 16-hour Derm Tech online course prior to starting; pay starts at $22.50/hour for a full-time role with benefits, 401(k), and discounted cosmetic treatments.

Qualifikationen

• Active nursing license in good standing with Minnesota Board of Nursing; CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professional demeanor.
• Dermatology and/or Mohs experience preferred; prior medical field experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Room patients and assist physicians with procedures.
• Prepare patients for examinations and obtain history as directed.
• Assist with biopsies and select surgical/cosmetic procedures.
• Take patient calls and relay information between patient and physician.
• Maintain pathology processing and sterilize equipment and rooms.
• Document patient needs concisely and accurately.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
