Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Greeneville, Tennessee, is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide skilled nursing care on assignment, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. The role offers competitive hourly pay and weekly paychecks.

Qualified candidates hold an active TN LPN/LVN license, current TB or chest X-ray, and a current BLS card. Beneficiary health, dental, vision, HSA, paid time off, and retirement options are included.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities
