Job summary

Davis Archway in Pennsylvania is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse for an in-person care role. You will follow doctors' orders, document care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support patients and families with compassion.

Shift options include day 7a–7p with 3x12 or 4x12 schedules and rotating weekends. Salary ranges from $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, plus benefits: 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and relocation assistance where available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse license active in PA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to document accurately in client records.
• Experience in substance abuse setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Carry out all duties assigned by Director of Nursing in evaluating, planning, and implementing plans of care.
• Administer injections, distribute medications, take vital signs, collect samples, and assist with other basic medical care tasks.
• Complete insurance reviews and pre-certifications, admissions and discharges.
• Observe and record patient's symptoms, condition, and reactions to medications, treatments and report results to charge nurse/supervisor.
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
• Maintain professional communications and interactions with clinical and support staff members.
