Job summary

Winona Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for Lake Winona Manor in Winona, MN. The role is full/part-time (0.40–1.0 FTE), 32–80 hours per pay period, 1st shift 6:45am–3:15pm. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 with starting wage of $27.00/hour.

You will provide nursing care and education, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient care, medication administration, staff supervision and delegation, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold MN LPN license.
• 12 continuing education credits over 2 years required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and patient information databases (Cerner, EMR).

Responsibilities

• Works with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Accurate and efficient documentation of resident care and medication information.
• Supervision of staff and delegation of duties using effective communication techniques.
