Job summary

Winona Health’s Senior Services unit is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care and education to residents in a team setting. You will perform nursing assessments, document care accurately, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary health care team to meet residents’ needs.

This role requires MN LPN licensure, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. The job offers full or part-time options, an up-to-40-hour pay period, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• LPN MN license required.
• 12 continuing education credits every 2 years.
• CPR Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Basic computer skills including Word and EMR systems (Cerner).

Responsibilities

• Works with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Accurate and efficient documentation of resident care and medication information.
• Supervision of staff and delegation of duties using effective communication techniques.
