Job summary

Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay in Virginia Beach is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for The Hoy Center on-site. This full-time DAY shift position (7am–7pm) features a rotating weekend schedule and competitive hourly pay.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, coordinate care with families, and lead CNAs while upholding our values of respect, compassion, and professionalism. Virginia LPN license, CPR, and LTC experience required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Virginia (or compact)
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care setting

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and nursing interventions for assigned residents
• Maintain and input resident data in the EHR system
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and nursing staff
• Lead CNAs and participate in quality assurance activities
• Ensure infection control practices and regulatory compliance
