Job summary

Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) in the Virginia Beach area for 8 AM to 4 PM casework, Monday through Friday. Our care teams deliver one-on-one in-home care to support patients in their homes.

Join our team to help reduce depression and cognitive impairment through personalized plans created by RNs. Benefits include bonuses, paid in-service training, overtime, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN.
• Current CPR and PPD certifications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide and implement direct patient care.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
• Assess and provide family/caregiver education and information.
• Assist the RN or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties, which include preparing equipment and materials for treatments, observing aseptic technique as required, and assisting the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques.
• Participate in coordination of home health services, appropriately reporting the identified needs for other disciplines to the RN and/or Clinical Supervisor.

Care Advantage, Inc. is looking for multiple Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in the Virginia Beach, VA area who are interested in working an 8 AM to 4 PM case running Monday through Friday. LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide and implement direct patient care
• Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care
• Assess and provide family/caregiver education and information

• Valid LPN License with at least (1) one year of work experience
• Valid Driver's license
• Reliable transportation
