Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• Current New York State Practical Nurse License or Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period.
• CPR certification preferred.

• Collaborate with the health care team to coordinate patient care.
