- Perform routine vital signs, administer medications, and wound care as needed.
- Communicate with patients, families, and providers to coordinate care.

Provide high-quality patient care to our short-term and long-term residents, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and behavioral care
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct routine vital sign checks, administer medications, and perform wound care as needed
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
Weekend shifts available, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
Work in a state-of-the‑art facility with the latest technology and equipment
