Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking an LPN for a full-time 40-hour work week in Oshkosh-Nursing. Schedule is Monday–Friday 0800-1630 with no weekends or on-call, though holiday rotation exists. Provides bedside care under RN supervision and emphasizes quality, coordination, and patient education across the care continuum.

The role requires current LPN licensure, CPR certification, and about 1 year of clinical assessment/treatment experience. Travel and lifting may be involved per job demands.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in performing assessments and providing treatments.

Responsibilities

• Assuring/Improving Quality of Care: Facilitate patient and family rights to quality care per Advocates MVP of Stewardship, under RN supervision.
• Care and Service Coordination: Collaborate with the care team to formulate an integrated approach and ensure effective hand-off.
• Leadership/Collaboration/Professional Development: Maintain current knowledge and promote collaboration within the department.
• Patient Relationship: Build and maintain therapeutic relationships throughout the care continuum.
• Business Development and Growth: Contribute to productivity and resource optimization in healthcare.
• Patient Education: Meet learning needs and provide appropriate educational resources to patients and families.
