Senior Resource Group-SRG is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to deliver nursing services in a senior living community. You will administer medications, follow physician orders, and supervise resident care in compliance with state regulations and SRG policies.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LPN or RN in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a senior living environment preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Criminal background clearance is required before starting work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, eMAR and related software.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Health Services Department team.
• Assesses residents to identify care needs and develops/updates care plans.
• Follows up on residents’ health conditions with providers and families.
• Documents nursing actions and medication administration per policy.
• Coordinates with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
