Job summary
Good Samaritan Brainerd is seeking an LPN to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, administering medications and treatments per the care plan.
The role requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an unencumbered LPN license, ongoing CEUs, and current licensure privileges.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Must hold an unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
- Minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN or supervised clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
- Administers medications or treatments as ordered and documents outcomes.
- Maintains confidentiality and communicates clearly with residents, families and staff.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
