Job summary
Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in our long-term care setting in Brainerd, MN. The role requires an unencumbered LPN license, with preferred associate degree in practical nursing; experience in long-term care is valued.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; LPN license required.
- Unencumbered LPN license with state board.
- Experience in long-term care or minimum 400 hours of supervised clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medications, and symptoms.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents and families as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
