Job summary

Southern Health Partners seeks an LPN for Craven County Jail in North Carolina. This day shift position offers 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule with a sign-on and retention bonus.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, document care, and collaborate with providers to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment in a demanding but rewarding setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
• Follow all facility and company policies and procedures
