Job summary

Southern Health Partners Inc. is seeking a Full Time LPN for Craven County Jail in North Carolina. The Day Shift runs from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a 35-hour weekly rotating schedule, and a sign-on and retention bonus are available.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, document care, and collaborate with providers to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
