Job summary
Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Livingston, NJ is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the day shift to join our skilled nursing team. Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), taking and recording vital signs, providing treatments with monitoring of outcomes, and educating residents and families.
You will also supervise CNAs and coordinate with physicians and other staff.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license required.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in Skilled SNF and Long Term Care units.
- Medication administration, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and health care professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.
