Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration and ADL support as ordered.
• Regular rounds to monitor residents and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status.
• Maintain accurate medical records during tour of duty on the unit.
• Perform other duties as required.
