Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration and ADL care as ordered by physician and plan of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during tour of duty on the unit.
• Perform other tasks as required.
