Qualifications

• LPN license needed and current in-state.
• At least 1 year of experience in assisted living or supportive living.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care and follow-up instructions to residents.
• Coordinate and review lab work with clinics, providers, and hospitals.
• Complete assessments and may perform initial resident assessments.
• Assist with daily or monthly nursing staff scheduling.
• Participate in after-hour on-call duties to ensure 24/7 resident care.
• Maintain and update resident health records and progress notes.
• Assist with medication administration and health promotion activities.
• Support care planning and communication with residents, families, and providers.
