Job summary

Tufts Medicine Behavioral Health Hospital in Malden, MA is seeking full-time days LPNs to join a new 144-bed facility opening fall 2025. LPNs will facilitate admissions, clinical intake assessments, and utilization review to assure appropriate care and resource use.

We offer pay of $29.52-$35.25 per hour with a $3.00 weekend day shift differential. Requirements: graduate from an accredited nursing program, active LPN/LVN license, CPR and de-escalation training as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years' nursing experience preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide basic nursing care per plan of care.
• Assist with admissions, intake assessments, and utilization review.
• Document patient symptoms and progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate with patients, families, and health-care team professionally.
• Administer medications safely according to orders and policy.
