Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years' nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within the LPN/LVN scope of practice.
• Collaborate with others to address patients’ physical, biopsychosocial, and cultural needs; resolve concerns.
• Provide for the basic comfort of patient and implement care plans.
• Accurately report and document patient symptoms and progress.
