Job summary

West Meade Place in Nashville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a family-oriented team. You will care for residents, use nursing tools, and collaborate with a close-knit staff.

The role offers a 7am-7pm schedule with pay up to $35/hour plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $2,500 for part-time. Earned Time Off and comprehensive benefits are provided. We value compassion, teamwork, and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Tennessee LPN or RN nursing license is required.
• We hire GNs and GPNs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency by applying nursing knowledge, leadership and communication skills.
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementation of care.
• Demonstrate organizational ability to manage workflow and meet patient care needs.
• Align practice with current standards and state/federal regulations in nursing services.

Work Schedule

7am-7pm

LPN pay

up to $35 includes shift diff (based off years of experience); $5000 sign on bonus for full time. $2500 for Part time - Time and a half for overtime

Weekend SHIFT DIFF

NO PAID LEAVE PLAN - Extra $2 an hour
