Job summary
The Pines at Philadelphia Rehab and Healthcare Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care to residents and support the unit's clinical and leadership needs.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license valid in PA.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
- Must pass TB screening and health checks.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments, ensuring documentation
- Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions
- Assist physicians during rounds and exams
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations
- Foster a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment
