The Rehab and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills in Rapid City, SD is seeking licensed practical nurses to join our care team. You will provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision in a hospital setting, ensuring comfort and safety.

The role requires active LPN license in SD or Compact, BLS certification, and strong clinical skills. You will document assessments, administer meds, monitor responses, and participate in admissions/discharges. Bonus: $7.5K.

Formación

• Active LPN license in the State of South Dakota or Compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• Strong clinical evaluation skills and good judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and report changes to the RN or physician.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times.
