Centurion is seeking a Full-time Mid Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Murphysboro Life Skills Re-Entry Center in Murphysboro, IL. The LPN will deliver holistic nursing care under supervision to incarcerated patients, addressing both physical and behavioral health needs.

The position includes 4 shifts per week with a rotating weekend schedule; qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, IL LPN license, CPR, and ability to obtain security clearance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Illinois LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic nursing care within scope of practice under RN supervision.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs for incarcerated patients.
