Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Full-time LPN at Murphysboro Life Skills Re-Entry Center in Murphysboro, Illinois. The LPN delivers holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical staff supervision, addressing a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Schedule rotates weekends with four shifts per week: two 8-hour shifts (12pm–8pm, 8am–4pm) and two 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm). Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, an active IL LPN license, CPR certification, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear/Active LPN license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients under supervision.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs with clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with RN and medical/psychiatric staff to address patient care priorities.
