Job summary

Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. The role supports care delivery in a correctional healthcare setting and offers a day shift from 7:00am to 7:30pm with a local pay rate of $36.00/hour (W2).

Qualifications

• Current VA LPN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of LPN experience within the last 3 years.
• PSV/verification from licensing board if required.
• Current certifications (e.g., BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes.
• Assist with assessments and care plans.
