Job summary

PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in the Fayette County Prison in Uniontown, PA. You will provide comprehensive nursing care under the supervision of an RN and manage electronic medical records with strict privacy.

Full-Time Evening shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) with rotating weekends, orientation provided. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, generous PTO, 401k match, and additional compensation differentials.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state where the facility is located.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and document in EMR.
• Maintain records of controlled substances and ensure legal compliance.
• Conduct sick calls and provide treatment per protocol.
• Observe and report symptoms; contribute to care planning.
• Record, retrieve, and file inmate/patient medical information.
