Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an LPN to join our concierge physician team serving corporate clients. You will provide front and back-office support, assess patients, relay changes to the physician, and ensure resources are available to the care team.

As a visible member of the clinic, you will help meet patient satisfaction goals while performing venipuncture, EKGs, injections, and basic lab tasks in a primary care setting. This role requires a current LPN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus formal training and 2+ years' LPN experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification and nursing license to practice in the state applying.
• Must be able to give injections, complete EKGs, and perform office-based procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview patients to obtain medical information and report findings.
• Record assessments in EMR and assist with procedures.
• Perform venipuncture and basic lab tests; coordinate with contracted labs.
• Maintain exam rooms, stock supplies, and ensure patient flow.
• Coordinate referrals, manage messages, and assist with medical records requests.
