Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect care according to each resident's nursing plan of care and standards.
- Assess, observe, and document residents' conditions in the electronic medical record.
- Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect changes.
- Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
- Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
- Respond to residents and families in a timely and professional manner.
