Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care for residents in a long-term care setting. Earn $30.00-$35.00 per hour with additional shift premiums and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPN license or eligibility for license transfer.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and resident support.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Assist with resident evaluations and health monitoring.
• Contribute to individualized care planning.
• Communicate effectively with families, providers, and fellow caregivers.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and shift-to-shift communication.
